As usual, she never stops mesmerizing me with her ability to portray so many characters with so many virtues and notably lack of it, showing the society with all its faults and only the heroine and many times, the hero with all that others lack. I am in the middle of Persuasion which, as far as now, I have gathered is re-bonding of two estranged lovers. How it happens, what are the changes in their lives after they go apart, how they meet again and how they stay in each others society and leading their own lives. It is a great tale. It is the last novel completed by Jane Austen and has been published posthumously.
